We’ve built an experience where you come first and are given the tools to fit movement into your every day life. We want you to feel confident in what you’re doing and what you learn. Being a witness to the feeling someone has when they do something they didn’t think they would be able to do never gets old. How It Works

#1 Book Your Starter Session

Our free, 60-minute REQUIRED session before training with us. In this time, we will discuss your fitness level, experience, goals or challenges you may be facing, and what you’re looking for in a non-judgmental space. Book yours now.

#2 Choose Your Training

We have 3 training paths to suit your specific needs and goals: Personal Training, Semi-Private Training, and Small Group Strength Training. You get to pick whichever experience aligns most with you! No matter the path, each one consists of high-level attention to support your unique goals.

#3 Grow

At Home Turf Gym, you will not just reach higher levels of your fitness, you will evolve into the strongest version of yourself. With monthly check-ins, customized plans, enjoyable camaraderie, and high-level accountability, “going to the gym” will be something you truly look forward to.
