FAQ’s

  • When the weather is gross in the winter months, please bring a change of clean shoes to change in to when you arrive. Leave you boots at the front and place your belongings in the lounge.

  • Please head straight back to our lounge. There are cubbies and hooks to hang your things.

  • No problem! We get that your life is busy. You can reschedule anytime prior to 8 hours before your session or class. Just visit the MindBody app or website, pick a day and time that works for you, and book. Of course, always let us know if you can’t make it within 8 hours of class. We will help you reschedule.

  • If you have a membership, you basically bought a punch card with an expiration date. You have 38 days to use the number of sessions or classes you purchased. Your membership with auto renew one of two ways; when you attend your last session/class for the number you purchsed OR 38 days passes, whichever comes first.

  • Don’t freak out! It happens. If you have a membership, do not retry the payment yourself through the MindBody app. Our system will alert us and we will determine why it didn’t go through and contact you if necessary. We don’t want you to end up with two charges.

  • Let us know directly. Cancelling or deleting your payment on the MindBody app/website will not inform us and will not cancel out. Your information is stored in our system alone so please let us know directly.
