  • Yes, please! Especially when the weather is gross in the winter months, please bring a change of clean shoes to change in to when you arrive. Leave your outdoor shoes at the front and place your belongings in the lounge. We strive to be the cleanest gym in town and know you appreciate it, too!

  • No. We are an appointment only gym focused on strength training. Any type of training you choose here will be focused on building strength, proper form, and carrying the principles you learn here into your every day life.

Payment and Scheduling FAQ’s

  • No problem! We get that your life is busy. You can reschedule anytime prior to 8 hours before your session or class and within your monthly period. Just visit the MindBody app or website, pick a day and time that works for you, and book. Of course, always let us know if you can’t make it within 8 hours of class. We will help you reschedule.

  • Don’t freak out! It happens. If you have a membership, do not retry the payment yourself through the MindBody app. Our system will alert us and we will determine why it didn’t go through and contact you if necessary. We don’t want you to end up with two charges.

  • Let us know directly. Cancelling or deleting your payment on the MindBody app/website will not inform us and will not cancel. Your information is stored in our system alone so please let us know directly.
