Deep Rest: A Guided Sound Journey is an immersive recovery experience designed for bodies that train. We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help downshift your nervous system and release built-up tension, followed by a restorative sound bath that supports muscle recovery, breath, and deep rest. We’ll close with a grounding meditation to integrate the experience and bring your energy back into balance—so you leave feeling calm, clear, and fully back in your body. This is intentional recovery for people who work hard, move often, and want their nervous system to recover as well as their muscles.
